How Do I Return an Item?
At Midsouth Ponds, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow our return policy guidelines below.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for exchange or refund within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. Returns requested after 30 days may qualify for exchange or store credit at our discretion.
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- In new, unaltered, and unused condition.
- Free of any signs of wear, damage, or use.
- Returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Accompanied by all original tags, including any special identification tags.
Certain products may have different return periods or restrictions, which will be clearly stated in their individual product descriptions.
Restocking Fee
Please note that returns not resulting from our error (such as damaged items or incorrect shipments) will incur a 20% restocking fee. This fee covers the costs associated with inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the returned items. The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Damaged or Incorrectly Shipped Items
If your item arrives damaged or if the incorrect item was shipped, please reach out to our Customer Support team immediately. We will provide a prompt resolution through a replacement or store credit.
Refund & Exchange Process
- All refunds are subject to inspection upon receipt of the returned item.
- Contacting us prior to returning an item is mandatory; unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Items returned after 30 days without prior approval will not qualify for a refund.

Customers may return items either by dropping them off in-store or shipping them back to our warehouse. Please inform our support team of your chosen return method when initiating the return.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs will be covered by Midsouth Ponds only if the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect items). For all other returns, customers are responsible for shipping expenses.
